Edward brings a wealth of experience in developing lasting partnerships, understanding the underlying value of real estate and negotiating the hurdles of real estate to see the realization of completed projects. Whether it is hospitality, industrial, master planned communities, housing, retail, or construction, Edward offers a creativity that translates into reality.
Jody Leidolf
Partner
Jody Leidolf specializes in creative solutions, working with a talented pool of collaborators. A town planner by background, Jody transitioned to the owners side working for Newland Communities, a developer of master planned communities across the nation, for 15 years. Jody has worked in all scales of land development, acquisitions, entitlements and construction.
Juliana Henry
Juliana Henry provides the financial acumen to The Holmes Companies NC. Juliana brings a vast experience in understanding the intricacies of real estate transactions and transitioning them to operations.
Christy Degon
Christy Degon is the wonderful master of all things that Holmes Companies NC may create. Christy is the backbone of the company with deep experience in operations. Christy had fifteen years experience in vital accounting roles at The Pantry, Inc. prior to joining Holmes Oil in 2016. Christy is responsible for the day-to-day movement and operations of Holmes Companies NC.
Lana King
Lana King provides construction and asset management for Holmes Companies NC. Lana has been a part of Holmes Oil for over twenty two years. Lana transitioned from district manager for Cruizers to real estate asset management for Holmes Companies NC. Lana delivers the talent for field operations, construction management and asset management across the portfolio.
