Edward Holmes
Bio
Edward Holmes is a Pittsboro, North Carolina native.
Edward attended Northwood High School in Pittsboro and then the University of North Carolina. Edward’s early career was in the oil business transitioning then to owning, developing and running a very successful convenience store operation.
With expansion in mind, Edward learned early from his father that you should always buy the land next door.
After the sale of the Cruizers operations, the Holmes Companies retained a portfolio of properties throughout the Triangle region, leading to the transition from oil to land.
The love for the land, a keen eye towards strong growth and an attitude to make communities and give back to the communities he works in provides the direction forward.
